Refund Policy

At Marensa Advisory, we value transparency and strive to maintain a high standard of service for all our clients. Due to the nature of our business and the professional services we provide, the following refund policy applies to all engagements.

1. No Refunds on Purchases

We are unable to provide refunds on any purchases. Once you have made a payment for our services, it is considered non-refundable, except in the cases explicitly outlined in this policy. Before making any payments, we strongly recommend that you carefully read and understand all the details presented in our proposals and invoices, which outline the services you have agreed to receive per our initial proposal and Terms and Conditions.

2. Bank Account Opening

If we assist in opening a bank account for a client, decisions made by the bank are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by the bank, including but not limited to closing the account due to Know Your Customer (KYC) issues. In such instances, no refund will be provided.

It is the duty of the client and/or the Corporate Service Provider to do their own due diligence on the banks that we propose and understand the type of accounts being offered. If there are any queries related to the accounts, those should be forwarded to us before we initiate the account opening process.

3. Bank Account Pre-Approval

In cases where a bank provides pre-approval for opening an account but subsequently declines the application due to KYC concerns or red flags, we are not accountable for this decision. However, as part of our commitment to providing excellent service, we will endeavour to open an account at an alternative financial institution from our pre-approved list.

4. Mutual Refund Agreement

In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered if both parties (the client and Marensa Advisory) mutually agree to it. Such instances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is agreed upon, the process will take a minimum of 30 days to complete.
